How do I join as a member?

Is there a cost for joining? 
No - joining AdvantageCard is free. There is a renewal fee every year, on the anniversary of your join date, of 1,000 points, which is automatically deducted from your account.  If you do not have 1,000 points on your account at that time, you have a grace period of one year in order to earn your membership fee, by which time, if you still have not paid your fee, your card will be cancelled and your acount deactivated.

How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy - all you have to do is a be a litte more clever about where you shop, and make sure you show your AdvantageCard at the time of either purchase or order, whichever comes first.

How do I find participating businesses?
The best way to find out which businesses will reward you for your loyalty with AdvantageCard points, is to use the Building Products menu item if you are looking for things to do with renovating or building.  Or, use the Lifestyle Products menu, if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary.  

On both of these pages, you can search by state and by category to find businesses that suit your needs. This list will be updated as new businesses join the Program, so make sure you visit the site regularly.

How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance either by calling our friendly customer service team on 1300 552 946, or by activating your online account.  If you have never activated, then ensure you click on the 'first time' in the access panel, and follow the prompts, otherwise, you can simply login using your cardnumber and your chosen password.

How do I spend my points?
Spending your points is easy - all you have to do is decide what you want to reward yourself with! To find out more, click here.

What can I spend my points on?
Your points hold a dollar value, almost like cash, so when you have accumulated your points, whether it be a small or large amount, then have a look at the businesses involved and find something you need (or want) and you simply take your card to that business and redeem your points.

Do my points expire?
Your AdvantageCard Points do not expire, as long as your membership is current.
